Monday 8th February

Daily Jobs: 

1. Practice your letters. This could be writing in flour, sand, with paints, chalk or pens! Whichever you would like to use. Today our letter is 'c' here is a video to help: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Z3D7q8LxiA

2. Reading. You could read your school book, a story from EPIC, Oxford Owl or homemade flashcards. I have also uploaded a few sentences which you could read if you would prefer.

LI: To write labels

What my video where we Read – 10 little pirates. Today I would like us to think about If you were a pirate where would you live? What would be on your island? Can you design an island and then add labels to it? E.g. sand, rocks, hills, chest, cave, flag etc.

Today Miss Cooper is teaching you all about comparing heights. If you don't have a dice then you could use number cards. As an challenge can you write the numbers to label how many cubes/blocks are in your tower. Don't forget to use the language and order your towers from the shortest to the tallest.

ICT: 

This week we are going to be using PurpleMash to complete some Pirate challenges. I have had a look at your trays and can see lots of you completed the winter challenge and some of you have even explored some other activities. Well done!!
